MAR VISTA will release The Freaks EP through the independent Madrid label Mondo Discos on 25 July 2026. Rooted in house and UK garage, the EP contains three tracks built around uplifting grooves, warm melodies, and vibrant, positive energy.
Before its official release, the title track “The Freaks” was played as an ID in sets by Clouds and X CLUB. The early support introduced the track to international dance floors.
The Freaks EP also includes “Faux Loop” and “Forever”, a collaboration between MAR VISTA and GES. Across the three tracks, house and UK garage rhythms meet warm melodic elements and direct club energy, forming a concise and cohesive release.
Founded in 1999, Mondo Disko is one of Madrid’s long-running electronic music clubs and has hosted internationally recognised artists including Jeff Mills, Ben Sims, and Charlie Sparks. The venue operates Mondo Discos, an independent label curated by Gerardo Niva, which will release The Freaks EP as catalogue MD006.
MAR VISTA expressed his excitement at joining the Mondo family, thanked listeners for supporting the evolution of his sound, and invited them to enjoy all three tracks.
The Freaks EP places MAR VISTA’s club tools at the centre of a formal release. Its rhythms and melodies are shaped for an immediate response on the dance floor, while mastering by Paul Sirrell gives the record its final clarity and impact.
